Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GetToRoofing (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

GetToRoofing extracts line items from insurance carrier scope documents and generates a spreadsheet, a branded estimate PDF, and a grouped material list. Documents are processed in transit and not stored.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Each plan includes a set number of conversions. For documents our converter can’t auto-read, an advanced conversion may be offered for a per-document fee, which you approve before it’s applied.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload them and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant us a limited right to process them solely to provide the Service.

Accuracy & your responsibility

Outputs are automated extractions and may contain errors. The Service flags uncertain lines and lets you review and edit before downloading, but you are responsible for verifying every output before relying on it. GetToRoofing does not provide insurance, legal, financial, or professional estimating advice, and outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetToRoofing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
