Beta Test Terms

This is a plain-English summary of the terms for using GetToRoofing during the free beta. You accept the full Beta Test Agreement when you redeem a beta code or first use the beta. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Free, pre-release access
The beta is provided free of chargewhile it lasts. It’s a pre-release product that’s still being built — features may change, and usage allotments may be adjusted.
Provided “as is”
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties and no uptime, support, or service-level guarantee. We may pause or end the beta at any time.
You verify the output
Outputs are automated extractions and may contain errors. You can review and edit before downloading, but you are responsible for checking every output before relying on it. GetToRoofing does not provide insurance, legal, financial, or professional estimating advice.
Your documents
You keep all rights to what you upload, and you grant us a limited right to process it only to provide the Service. Scope documents are processed in transit and not stored. See our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors.
Feedback
Feedback is optional, but if you share suggestions or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the product. We won’t use your name publicly without your okay.
Confidentiality
The beta, its unreleased features, and any non-public information we share are confidential. Please don’t publish screenshots of unreleased features or reviews of the beta without our consent.
Liability
Because the beta is free, our total liability relating to it is limited as set out in the full Beta Test Agreement (and in any case to a nominal amount). Nothing limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
After the beta
When the beta ends, continued use needs a paid plan under our Terms of Service. As a thank-you, beta testers in good standing may be offered a founding-member discount — and we’ll never charge you without your explicit sign-up.
