GetToRoofing (“we,” “us”) turns insurance carrier scope PDFs into structured outputs. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we process your documents in transit and never store them.

What we collect

Account information — your name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up.
Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Usage counts — the number of conversions you run in a billing period, kept as a simple counter to enforce plan limits.
Contact details — if you reach out through our contact form, the name, email, company, and phone number you provide, so we can respond.

Your uploaded documents

When you upload a carrier scope, it is processed in memory to produce your outputs and is never written to a database or persistent storage. When a document needs an advanced conversion, its contents are sent to a secure processing provider (Anthropic) solely to perform the extraction, under terms that prohibit storing or reusing your data. The downloaded files are generated on demand and not retained by us.

How we use information

To provide the service — authenticate you, run conversions, and produce your downloads.
To bill your subscription and enforce plan limits.
To maintain security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your documents for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers (subprocessors) to operate. The full list, with what each one does and the data it may process, is on our Subprocessors page:

Clerk — authentication and account management.
Stripe — subscription billing and card processing.
Anthropic — secure document processing (no storage, reuse, or model training on your data).
Upstash — usage counters, plus basic account details and any contact-form details you send us (name, email, company, phone).
Vercel — hosting, and storage of any company logo you upload for branding.
Resend — transactional and contact-form email delivery.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention

Uploaded documents are not retained. Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information through your account settings or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the GDPR, or the CCPA. Business customers who need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can request one at support@gettoroofing.com.
