State Farm

State Farm is the largest homeowners insurer in the country, and its roofing claims are written in Xactimate and sent to you as a PDF scope. Drop that scope into GetToRoofing and every line comes back in a clean spreadsheet — code, description, quantity, unit, unit price, and tax — alongside the columns that decide what you actually collect: RCV, ACV, and depreciation.
