Subprocessors

A “subprocessor” is a third-party service we use that may process personal data on our behalf to operate GetToRoofing. We keep this list short on purpose. The short version: your uploaded scope documents are processed in transit and never stored by us— the only provider that sees document contents is our conversion engine, and it neither stores your data nor uses it to train models.

Current subprocessors

• Anthropic, PBC— advanced document conversion. Reads the contents of an uploaded scope PDF solely to extract line items. Your data is not stored, not reused, and not used for model training. (United States)
• Vercel, Inc.— application hosting, and Blob storage for the company logo you upload for document branding. (United States)
• Clerk, Inc.— authentication and account management (your name, email, and sign-in session). (United States)
• Stripe, Inc.— subscription billing and card processing. We never see or store your card details. (United States)
• Upstash, Inc.— usage counters used to enforce plan limits, plus basic account details (name, email) and any details you send through our contact form (name, email, company, phone), used to run your account and reply to you. No document contents. (United States)
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)— transactional and contact-form email delivery. (United States)

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not store your uploaded scope documents — they are processed in memory and discarded. The one customer asset we store is a logo you choose to upload for branding.

Changes to this list

Before we add or replace a subprocessor that processes customer personal data, we update this page. For customers under a signed Data Processing Agreement, we provide the notice period stated in that agreement so you can object.
